Published to coincide with an exhibition at The Hepworth Wakefield, JW Anderson commisioned us to make images of pieces by Comme des Garçons, Helmut Lang, Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto and other designers. Photographed without models, the images focused on the garments’ sculptural characteristics. Unstyled studio backdrops were intentionally left in.
